6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or system resources
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or employers
• Post discriminatory, offensive, or illegal content
• Scrape or copy content from the platform without permission
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of content you upload (CV, documents, etc.)
• You grant us a license to use your content to provide our services
• The NurJobs platform, logo, and design are protected by copyright and trademarks
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform content without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

NurJobs provides a platform to connect job seekers with employers. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy of job postings
• Employer conduct or hiring decisions
• Employment disputes or contract issues
• Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from platform use
• Third-party services or links

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period
• We receive complaints about your conduct

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
